TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT: Purposely You Program

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Deborah Thomas Coaching, Essentially Deborah, LLC ("Provider") and you ("Client") on the date of purchase.

1. Service Description
The Provider agrees to deliver the Purposely You Program, an online digital program designed to assist the Client in gaining clarity of her identity and purpose in midlife.

2. Intellectual Property and Non-Disclosure
The Client acknowledges that the Purposely You Program program is a proprietary digital product developed by the Provider. The Client agrees not to copy, distribute, or share the content with any third parties without the express written consent of the Provider.

3. No Refund Policy
Due to the instant-access digital nature of the Purposely You Program, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. By purchasing this product, the Client acknowledges and agrees that they waive the right to request a refund, chargeback, or dispute for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or lack of implementation.

4. Disclaimer of Liability
The Provider has tested the Purposely You Program extensively, and while it has proven effective, the Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes. The Client acknowledges that results depend on individual circumstances, effort, and application. The Provider is not liable for any perceived lack of results or personal outcomes.

5. Client Responsibility
The Client is responsible for implementing the strategies and prompts provided in the Purposely You Program. The Provider holds no responsibility if the Client does not achieve the desired results.

6. No Warranty
The Provider makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided in the Purposely You Program. The service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah and the United States of America.

8. Acceptance
By checking the box at checkout, the Client acknowledges, understands, and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
